Embracing Wellness

Check out this recent interview:

Here are some highlight of this recent interview with Terra Ann:

How did you get into coaching and what drew you to it?

After leaving a wellness retreat center I’d built on Big Island in 2017, just one year before the lava flow, I was drawn to this profession — to serve from the heart in an even more intimate experience, while letting go of the stress of running a venue. This marked the beginning of a profound exploration into longer containers with 1:1 clients, for 9 – 12 months to slow down with habits and ways of being — to experiment and create sustainable new systems.

What are the main principles you base your coaching on?

At my core lie three fundamental principles: Slowing down for Nervous System Care, Metabolic Care, and Activating Your Heart’s desires. These are the guiding lights, illuminating the path towards healing and transformation.

Can you describe a “typical” coaching process? What steps do clients take with you, and what tools do you use?

I acknowledge the importance of authentic connection. We’ll begin with 2-3 meaningful conversations in service to YOUR greatest — to see if we’re a great fit for each other. From there, clients embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, exploring tailored strategies that align with their unique needs and visions.

Can you share a memorable success story?

Henry came to me with gall bladder issues — and for 9 months we met 2x monthly for 90 minutes as he experimented with ways of being with himself, consumption habits, and stress. Through partnered support and courageous efforts, Henry not only found relief from physical symptoms but also rediscovered his passion for music and creative expression.

What are your retreats like?

Full attention by me, in paradise. We create your VIP experience in the healing islands of Hawai’i, one-day or 5-nights.

Held in aloha, clients are invited to reconnect with themselves and embark on a journey of self-discovery and renewal.

I honor your wisdom within. My practice is to set the container for you to hear yourself think and connect to your willingness to take your bold next step.
