Day Retreat
In a half day or full day format, we spend the entire time working on you. YOU are the agenda. These sessions are deep, powerful and life changing. Clients bring an agenda of what they want to create, change or evolve in their lives, and together we create clarity and inner resourcefullness.
Tropical Reset Retreat
Imagine spending five or even seven nights in the healing valley of Mānoa. Rest and reset in the tropics at a grounding retreat center with healing sessions and a guided digestive reset.
